The mission
The Operations Project Management Office Quality Team oversees the quality management system for Knowledge Enterprise. We seek to provide best-in-class in support of ASU’s rapidly growing organization.
Our mission includes the following objectives:
- Establish quality as the foundation for everything we do
- Provide guidance and support to assist the organization achieve business targets
- Provide a sound basis for continuous process improvement
- Provide tools and training
We offer comprehensive assistance to Knowledge Enterprise in revamping our strategies and procedures to manage a progressively diverse funding portfolio, while upholding our commitment to serving faculty, and to achieve $1 billion in research expenditures. Development and advancement of core assets to standardized sustainability model. We strive for seamless integration with both academic and administrative entities, ensuring seamless coordination.
