Knowledge Enterprise core operational units achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification after successfully passing an independent and third-party quality and process certification audit. ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard, which outlines ways to achieve and benchmark consistent performance and service. ASU’s Knowledge Enterprise Operations is unique as a university research organization in achievement of this certification.

Knowledge Enterprise core operational units are responsible for supporting the growth and advancement of research and innovation at Arizona State University. This certification applies to service and support functions of Knowledge Enterprise, including, but not limited to, the departments that provide Administrative, Financial, Human Capital, Grants and Contracts, and Award Management.
